Cancellation Policy
By booking with The Beauty Room London, you agree to our policies. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Please Read Carefully Before Your Appointment Please Note: This booking system is for London appointments only. Deposits & Consultations: • A £40 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any appointment. • Not sure which treatment is right for you? Book a free 20-minute consultation, either in person or over the phone. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: • All deposits are non-refundable. • To reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours in advance. • You may only reschedule once. Further rescheduling will result in cancellation and full service charges. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full price of the treatment. • No-shows will be blocked from booking future appointments. Guest Policy: • We have a strict no plus-one policy, including children. • Only the person booked in will be allowed entry unless part of a group booking. Session Timing Policy: • Please book the exact session time you require. • If you reduce your treatment duration mid-appointment, you will still be charged for the original time booked. • No changes can be made to your session on the day. • If your session needs to end early for any reason, the full amount will still be charged. Lateness Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Fees apply for late arrivals: 10 minutes late: £10 fee 15 minutes late: £15 fee 20 minutes late: £20 fee Arrivals beyond 20 minutes late will result in cancellation, full charges, and forfeiture of your deposit. A new booking will be required. Consent & Conduct: • A consent form must be signed electronically or in person before treatment. • We reserve the right to cancel any appointment without refund if there is any sign of verbal or physical abuse.
