BOOKING POLICY

ReschedulingAll deposits are non-refundable. Reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid cancellation and full-price charges. You can only reschedule once. After rescheduling, any further changes or cancellations result in full-price charges.

CancellationsCancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment and be charged the card you booked with. Your deposit is invalid, and you must make a new booking. No shows won’t be blocked from booking services. Note: There’s a strict no-plus-one policy, including kids. Anyone not booked in won’t attend unless booking a group.

Changing Session TimesBook the exact session time. If you change mid-appointment, you’ll still be charged for the full hour. No further changes are allowed. If your session needs to be cut short, you’ll still be charged the full price. I can cancel any appointment without refund if I feel contested or verbally/physically abused.

Lateness Policy10 minutes late: £10 fee 15 minutes late: £15 fee 20 minutes late: £20 fee After 20 minutes, your appointment is canceled, you’re charged full price, your deposit is invalid, and you must make a new booking.

All are cosmetic treatments, and Consent must be Signed in person or electronically.
This will be explained during the consultation and before treatment.

All payments training courses, including deposits and full payments, are strictly non—refundable,

A non-refundable deposit secures your booking. Under no circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend are you eligible to a refund.

1.2. No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

We encourage Clients to address concerns during the training to allow for immediate resolution.
1.3 Certificate of Completion

The teeth Whitening training course provides a theoretical understanding with certificate of Completion. The Course is not CPD-accredited.

CPD accreditation applies only to courses such as facials, body contouring, wood therapy, and lemon bottle training.
1.4 Delivery of Services

All training courses are delivered as advertised, including hands—on practice, training materials, and post—course support. Upon completion of any of our courses, a certification confirms satisfactions of our services. Any objection, unanswered questions/queries should be voiced during delivery of service.
2. Services and products
2.1. Non - Refundable Services

Payments for beauty treatments are non-refundable once the service has been provided. Dissatisfaction may qualify tor a corrective service.
2.2. Products

Purchased products are non—refundable unless proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.
3. Consent to Agreement

Payments made to Jariatu Kamara under The Beauty Room London's personal account constitute acceptance of this Beauty Rooms terms and Conditions

Clients and students acknowledge that by making a payment. they have reviewed and agreed to the Beauty Room terms and Conditions, booking policies outlined on The Beauty Room London's website, including FAQs.
3.2. Policy for no Invoice or Signature request Payments

Payment without requesting an invoice or a document constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of Beauty Room LDN No Refund policy.
4. Formal Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints must be submitted in writing to thebeautyroomldn1@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue. We will review and respond within 14 working days.
4.2. Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be subject to mediation before legal action is considered.
